What is the best way to be in touch with Brazil’s under-exposed grooves?
By Guto Araujo
It is CAS, The Caipirinha Appreciation Society Show, a podcast created by MdC Suingue (Portuguese for "Swing") and Kika Serra.
Together they make a great team, MdC Suingue is based in London and Kika in Brazil. They play two hours of Brazilian music which can vary from Bossa Nova to Funk.
During the podcast they keep the listeners informed about the Brazilian music scene and future gigs in London.
It is worth checking it out. The podcast is available from http://cas.podomatic.com or iTunes.

Kika Serra, who some years ago traded London back for Rio de Janeiro, joined CAS in 2006, when the show became a bi-national broadcast.
